A little candle fun!
This past weekend I was asked to host a party for a good friend Cheri. Now this is a family affair, Cheri, her daughter and son all love to stamp! When she asked me to put on a afternoon of fun, she was able to pick 3 projects for her guest to make. One of these was a birthday card and this is what I came up with:
When it comes to glitter paper, you cannot waste an inch so the star that was cut out from the front piece was used for a little bling on the inside. I think it turned out pretty good! I also like to show how changing a few things on the same card can step it up just a bit. Here is another example where I used Crystal Clear Effects on the flames and used a stencil to create the background.
I sure did have fun with Cheri and her guests and she even got some free stampin goodies too, so that was not bad for an afternoon of fun! How would you like to host your own event with some of your favorite friends? Contact me today if that would be you!
Thanks for stopping by!
