This past weekend I was asked to host a party for a good friend Cheri.  Now this is a family affair, Cheri, her daughter and son all love to stamp!  When she asked me to put on a afternoon of fun, she was able to pick 3 projects for her guest to make.  One of these was a birthday card and this is what I came up with:

When it comes to glitter paper, you cannot waste an inch so the star that was cut out from the front piece was used for a little bling on the inside.  I think it turned out pretty good!  I also like to show how changing a few things on the same card can step it up just a bit.  Here is another example where I used Crystal Clear Effects on the flames and used a stencil to create the background.
