THANK YOU...I could not have reached this without you!

The best therapy ever!

Hello my friends!  It has been awhile since I have shared a 'how to video', so I thought sharing one of my favorite techniques would be the best time to do another!

Have you ever tried water coloring?  If you are a serious artist, we know you can do water coloring painting which I can tell you, I am not.  But what I want to show you is a way to achieve that beautiful water color look, without being that seriously focused, painter.  There are two tools I used to achieve this look which are blender pens and aqua painters.  Each have a specific duty for me, so let me break that down:

Blender Pens

These pens come 3 to a pack when purchased thru me.  I love these for precise coloring, and when I don't want to go for that serious water color look.  You can use blender pens with your reinkers, ink pads, markers and pencils.  Just keep in mind, you will get precision with these, verses the Aqua Painters.  My go to paper with blender pens will be Stampin Up! Ultra Thick Whisper White cards stock or White Shimmer Paper.  I like to use these with my water color pencils.

Aqua Painters

These painters come two to a pack when purchased thru me.  They can be filled with water straight from the tap, and last a really long time!  I only use these painters on water color paper and boy are they fun!  Here is a video that walks you thru using aqua painters:

I typically don't like to make videos that are longer than 10 - 15 minutes but I wanted to share some important features for the new At Home With You Bundle that was new to the Stampin Up! 2017-2018 catalog.  I LOVE this bundle - here are snapshots of some of the projects I have completed with it:

Cute right?  This set is so versatile and a must for water coloring.  I know myself, I want to have many occasions covered when investing in a bundle set like this and I have to tell you, this one was first on my list!  If you have any questions, please let me know and be sure to check out my class in September to try your hand at water coloring, you won't regret it!

Happy Stampin!
